My kettlebell weight that I ordered arrived this week. Not sure if I’ve mentioned it here before (it was on my wishlist for a while) but I had been wanting to try out kettlebells for quite some time. It came on Wednesday and I was so excited to try it out that I made a video of my first workout! It was kinda tough! I’m using a 15lb bell and following along with a dvd for beginners. Streamate was being really weird last night, and not just for me. There was such a bad delay that people in my free chat never heard what I was saying to them and when I was taken private people didn’t even see me cut my music off and get up to strip.
