I also signed up for my fall classes for Culinary Arts. I’m both nervous as hell and excited! It’s going to be tough but I know I can do it and it’s going to pay off in the long run. Well I’ve been back for a week but have been too damn busy to post a blog! Had an awesome, awesome time in Atlanta. Well this week has flown by hasn’t it?

I had a very nice weekend with two of my best friends in the world.  We all spent the whole day together, went to a comic book convention here in town.  I snagged my first issue of American Splendor.  I became interested in the comic after I saw the movie based on Harvey Pekar, which is brilliant.  I got issue #4 in decent condition (I can’t remember how it’s actually graded and don’t feel like grabbing it).  I’m now officially a collector! This week I’ve been getting back into the swing of things AGAIN! I watched this movie Friday night. I can’t believe I had never watched it or heard of it before, Dead Alive. Although it originated in New Zealand and was called Braindead. It’s a Peter Jackson zombie flick! I don’t know which title I like better, hmmm. This is definitely one of the best horror-comedies I’ve ever seen. The blood and gross out factor are perfectly high, and the humor is great. There were several scenes I watched more than once just because they were awesome and done so well. If you haven’t seen this movie, you definitely need to watch it. And if you’ve run out of things to watch instantly on Netflix, this is for you!!

I have my cell phone upgrade coming up and I hadn’t really thought much about what I was going to get until this past weekend. I’ve got an HTC Aria now and I’ve loved it, it’s been great. I just figured I’d see what HTC phones they had and pick the best out of those. I’ve liked using Android I’ve never had any complaints about it.
