Got back home today from traveling for Christmas.  Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays as much as I did. Had fun, but it was exhausting! Glad to be home.  Was in the middle of the blizzard of the northeast that’s been on the news.  We probably got about 6 inches where I live, which is a lot for here, but people further north have gotten much, much more! It didn’t affect my travels at all, luckily.

I never expect much but got some cool stuff from the fam.  Noteably three snuggies.  Just what I wanted! But I also got some more great gifts from my fans. 🙂 Thanks to Pauly I was able to get a nice frog calendar for 2011 along with some other fun stuff from my wishlist. I’ve got two new toys on the way that were also on my list thanks to Jeff. My very good friend Future surprised me with a nice gift on MGF, which I am very grateful for.  My buddy Parliament got me the bass amp I was hoping to get, which was there to greet me at my doorstep when I got home today.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! You guys are just the best. Love you so much!!  Here’s a kind of shitty pic of my new amp. It is quite pretty in person! Now I have no excuse not to pick up my beloved bass more often and become awesome at playing it.

I’m so ready for the new year!! Where camming is concerned.  I’m planning to hop on board with a nice handful of new sites, try some new ways of promoting, and hopefully revamp my cam area a bit. I’m extremely excited about this!  As far as new year resolutions go, I definitely have the cliche working out one going on.  I’ve only slacked off on my workout for like a month though.  The yoga I was doing was hurting my back so I haven’t been that excited to get back on it.  One of the fun things from my wishlist I have on the way is a new yoga dvd that hopefully will be easier on my back.  And I’ll be getting a good workout during those pole dancing lessons too! I’m also resolving to spend more time with my family.

Hope everyone caught a nice glimpse of the eclipse last night! Preferably in real life, but there were so many places to see it on the net as well.  Yay for technology! That was the first time the lunar eclipse coincided with the solstice since 1554! I shall always remember I was camming on that night, haha! I did catch a glimpse of the fully shadowed moon and watched the shadow move back over it as well. Today I’m celebrating the solstice with some yummy vension stew.  My house smells great! Can’t wait to taste it in a bit.

Tomorrow is my birfday y’all! I won’t be on cam.  It would be fun to see you all on my special day, but I’m going to take the night off and at the very least, relax.  I’m hoping to go out and get into some trouble, but we shall see. 😉

I must thank everyone once more for helping me reach a couple more goals on MyGirlFund! I now have a nice little cushion in my bank account for emergencies, and my pole dancing lessons are paid for!! I’m now going to focus on paying off my debt.  Well on my way to having the first bill knocked out.  If you’d like to help, check out my profile.

I ordered my X-Pole!!! It should be here in 5 days according to the shipment tracking. I’ll be so giddy when it gets here. I’m going to refrain from playing with it until the first of the year though, because I have to finish up some coursework. Blah.

I hope everyone in The States had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was very nice. Ate lots of food, saw lots of family, and drank lots of liquor!! Love the holidays.

I actually met my goal for my stripper pole yesterday on MyGirlFund!! I’ll be ordering is as soon as the money hits my account and am so super excited. I’ve wanted one for a long time now. Hello out there! Not a ton of updates at the moment.  The biggest news I’ve got is that I met my goal for my new laptop on MyGirlFund and ordered it yesterday!!! I’m so excited and owe a big huge thanks to everyone who contributed to me. Now I’m saving up for my stripper pole! Yay!! My Christmas gift to myself. Already well on the way to that.

I thought I would give you guys a little background into how I got into this and why I love it so much.

Let’s start back in 2002.  I had my first full time job, and bought my first laptop computer, and webcam.  I was living at my parents at the time and smoking A LOT of pot.  My favorite pastime was getting on yahoo chat and hanging out with my stoner buddies in the @@WEEDSMOKERZLOUNGE@@.  My, my, that was some fun shit.  Anyway we would watch each other take bong hits on cam and just view each other out of curiosity.  Naturally, the exhibitionists (which I am definitely one of) would end up showing our naughty bits to our friends for the fun of it.  I was soon told about a swinger’s site that was up and running at the time that had webcam chat.  I had a very brief stint of paid camming on that site, but was totally naïve about it at the time, ended up not getting paid.  Never logged in again, and the thought of camming for money really didn’t cross my mind again until much later.  I actually don’t have any of my old pics (wish I did).  I smashed that hard drive a long time ago!

So, fast forward to March of this year.  I took an interest in exotic dancing.  When I get interested in something, I tend to delve into it completely.  I research as much as I possibly can (obsessed is probably a good word for this?).  I found some really awesome communities online with tons of information on not only stripping, but other aspects of the adult industry as well.  This is how I was re-introduced to the world of adult web cam chat.  I’ve been no stranger to internet porn during all of this time in between, but I was more of a tube site gal, and didn’t really realize how much was out there as far as live porn cams go.  And I didn’t know that it could be such a good business to get into!  I soon decided that camming was a better fit for me (working from home, setting my own schedule), bought my cam, logged in, shook my ass, and fell in love.

Even when I started camming I thought it was going to be a temporary thing until I got up on stage at the club, but now I’m hooked.  I enjoy this job more than any other job I’ve had, EVER!  I actually enjoy working so much that I’ll do cam related things on my days off (like right now as I write this blog!).  I answer to NO ONE when it comes to my work.  I truly am I own boss.  I own my own business!  I make GREAT pay.  I have fun.  I get to masturbate on the job!  I meet AWESOME people.  I love camming so much that I would recommend it to all of my lady friends.  Being a cam girl fucking rocks!!
